My Son, a UNESCO world heritage, was a centre for spirituality and worship during the reign of the Champa Kingdom. The site, sometimes compared with Angkor, is largely ruined, but still worth visiting. We went there on a morning trip from Hoi An.

It's fascinating to watch people in Vietnam. On the one hand you have people rushing on motorbikes and on the other hand people who seem to have all the time in the world. Everywhere we went we found very friendly people.
